Sastojci:
1 mala konzerva pasulja
2 paradajza
3 kuvana jaja
1 šargarepa
2 šake zelene boranije
2 šake graška
1 manja glavica crnog luka
1 krompir
so, maslinovo ulje i jabukovo sirće
Priprema:
Šargarepu, grašak, boraniju i krompir skuvati, procediti oprati pod hladnom vodom i ostaviti u cediljki da se ocedi.
Pasulj ocediti i oprati.
Paradajz iseckati na kockice.
Pomešati svo povrće, posoliti po ukusu.
Dodati maslinovo ulje ( 5 – 6 kašika ) i jabukovo sirće ( 2 kašike ).
Jaje dodati po želji.
