Sastojci
1 kg kuhanog graha
2 kg paprike
2 kg zrelih rajčica
8 glavica luka
2 žlice soli
2 žlice šećera
2 dcl ulja
2 dcl octa
Priprema
1.
Povrće oprati, Luk narezati na tanke krugove. Papriku narezati na tanke trake. Rajčicu oguliti i odstraniti koštice.
2.
Luk staviti dinstati na 2 dcl ulja i dodati rajčicu. Kada se malo prodinsta dodati papriku.
3.
Kada paprika omekša dodati 1 kg kuhanog graha, 2 dcl octa, 2 žlice šećera, 2 žlice soli i još dinstati 15-ak minuta.
4.
Stavljati vruće u vruće staklenke.
